Roger is an internationally regarded Tech lawyer who acts as a trusted advisor on some of the most complex and innovative Tech projects. Roger is member of the Bird and Bird International Tech & Comms Sector Steering Group and leads their Digital Technology Solutions, Internet Services and eCommerce industry initiative.
Roger specialises in all aspects of Tech and EU procurement law. His project work focuses on large-scale infrastructure contracts, including contract negotiation and procurement procedures, contract management issues and dispute resolution. Roger has over 20 years' experience of advising on commercial and procurement law matters relating to large-scale Tech projects.
He regularly publishes and speaks on a variety of Techlaw and public procurement topics. He is a Trustee of the UK Society for Computers & Law, sits on the Editorial Board of the Public Procurement Law Review and he is an external lecturer on procurement law at Rome University and Nottingham University.
