Professor of Law at University Paris Descartes, director of the Bar training school of Court of Appeal of Paris.
Specialised in civil law, he is particularly interested in the protection of intangible assets of the company and the application of the right of ownership to the intangible assets, which led him to question to the application of general law on new technologies. He is also one of the editors of the 2nd version of the ethical charter for an online law market.
Adviser to the Minister of Justice in 2016 and 2017, he was in charge of law of obligations, economic law and profession law, he followed also the work on law for a ‘digital republic” and questions relating to the development of new technologies in the field of law. For example, he participated in the organization of the digital game at the Ministry of Justice in May 2016, ancestor of Vendôme tech.
Now he manages as Director, the EFB (Law school) and he is always interested in these questions, about which he notably sets up the LAB ‘Digital Transformation school & incubator school.’
